  • The Shed must be in its original, unused, and unassembled condition.
  • The item must be securely packed in its original packaging with all accompanying parts, hardware, manuals, and accessories.
  • A valid proof of purchase or order confirmation number from Dream Shed Store must be provided.

3. Restocking Fees

  • Restocking Fee: $0.00 (Zero).We do not charge any restocking, repackaging, or administrative fees on returns.

4. Return Shipping Costs

  • 100% Free Returns: Dream Shed Store provides a free prepaid return shipping label for all authorized returns.
  • Defective or Damaged Items: If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we provide a prepaid return label at $0 cost and arrange a replacement or full refund.
  • Customer Remorse (Change of Mind): If you decide you no longer want the product or ordered the incorrect model, we also provide a prepaid return label at $0 cost to you.

5. Return Process

  1. Contact Us: Email us at support@dreamshedstore.shop within 30 days of receiving your order with your order number, reason for return, and clear photos if the item arrived damaged.
  2. Receive Authorization & Label: Once your return is authorized, our team will email you a prepaid return shipping label and instructions.
  3. Ship the Item: Securely pack the item and attach the prepaid shipping label. Drop off the package with the assigned carrier (USPS, UPS, or FedEx).

6. Inspection & Refund Timeline

  • Inspection: Once the returned item is delivered to our facility, our quality team inspects it within 2 business days.
  • Refund Processing: Following inspection approval, your refund is processed within 2 business days.
  • Refund Method: Refunds are issued directly to your original payment method via Stripe. Depending on your card issuer or banking institution, funds typically reflect in your account within 3 to 7 business days.
